But There Are Some Basic Formats For Design Entrances Where You Will Be Having General Aptitude And Design Aptitude Exam. For NIFT You Will Have General Ability Test(GAT) And Creative Ability Test(CAT). In General Ability Test You Have Mathematics (Basic), English, Logical Reasoning And General Awareness. For GAT You Have To Practice Alot To Increase Your Speed Of Solving A Question Because You Get 120 Mins For 100 Question. In CAT You Will Be Having Drawing Questions Where You Have To Practice Basic Shapes, Human Figure, Product Sketching, Scenarios Drawing And Etc. A Tip Is To Be Good At CAT Is At Least Draw 10-12 Objects Everyday And Try Illustration Humans Around You.

The DAT Prelims Is Out Of 100 Marks And Has Two Parts- MCQs (70 Marks) And Subjective Questions (30 Marks).
